Physical Practice
The heart of our physical practice centers us in the cultivation of compassion and care-giving both individually and in community.
Movement is the flow that crosses the borders of space, time and culture; it brings us through different transformations in life. Through our interventions in contemporary dance practices such as contact response (touch partnering) and rhythmic improvisational dialogues such as Bullerengue (partnering without touch), we move together in beauty.
The dance of flow and rhythm frees our bodily consciousness. It connects us with an inner self not easily accessed in everyday life. Through opening our senses we become closer to our authentic selves.
